Start Flowchart Shape
To read a flowchart, you follow the arrows from shape to shape. To draw a line in RFFlow, click on the line in the stencil at the left and then drag the mouse to draw the line in your chart. It is faster to place all your shapes first and then draw all the lines at once.

Right-click on an object or group of selected objects and click Duplicate in the pop-up menu.DeleteRight-click on an object or group of selected objects and click Delete in the pop-up menu.SelectTo select a group of objects, click down on an empty part of the drawing area and drag the mouse diagonally drawing a selection rectangle around the objects. Or, hold down the SHIFT key or CTRL key while clicking on objects. To select all the objects in a chart, click Edit, Select All. Selection is used to move, duplicate, or delete a group of objects all at once. It is also used to copy objects to the Windows Clipboard.

The rectangle is used for activities or action steps. These are things that must be done.
A Process Shape
CircleA circle containing a letter or number means that this chart connects to another chart on a different page. The same circle and number are then the entry point on the new page. It is best not to use these, but sometimes they are necessary.

RFFlow allows you to number your shapes if you wish. Run RFFlow and click on Tools, Number Shapes, and put a check mark in Enable numbers for the entire chart. You can also choose to have a number or not in each individual shape and you can quickly renumber your chart at any time.
