双标记探针的设计
Beacon Designer目前支持四种基于探针的化学物质：
 TaqMan探针
使用Beacon Designer优化TaqMan探针，帮助您研究差异基因表达或使用TaqMan SNP基因型检验研究SNP（单核苷酸多态性）。您也可以选择设计越来越流行的锁定核酸（LNA）取代TaqMan探针，这些探针比标准TaqMan探针更稳定。为了研究DNA甲基化，Beacon Designer帮助设计引物和TaqMan探针进行甲基化分析。甲基光是一种高通量分析，用于区分甲基化和非甲基化DNA。使用Beacon Designer，通过设计甲基化和未甲基化链的寡核苷酸，以及未经处理的DNA序列，可以设计合适的控制引物和探针。有了这些化学物质，您可以评估预先设计的引物或TaqMan探针。设计结果按顺序排列，给您一个可供选择的替代品列表。根据oligo的属性分配等级。
