Fixed aligned chromatogram base numbering bug which sometimes ignored gaps in the number calculation.
Vectors used in trimming project sequences are now saved in the project file.
Clipboard copy now works on aligned sequences.

Fixed bug which left the old selected base still highlighted after moving the cursor.
Fixed the ‘print to one page’ option for contig printing.
Clustal alignment diagram now draws correctly.
Fixed .scf file comments writing bug which may have affected compatibility with other programs.
Fixed disassembly bug which slowed disassembly and left some selected contigs still assembled.
Fixed bug which sometimes left one or two bases undrawn at the consensus 3′ end.

ChromasPro DNA序列分析软件
ChromasPro适用于DNA序列组装项目，可达到几兆字节，并进行基本序列编辑和分析。它能够从Sanger序列器，比如ABI，454和Illumina下一代序列器中组装数据，如果有8GB的可用内存，则多可组装1,000,000个序列。
