With RFFlow you can make hyperlinks in shapes so that when you click on the shape, you jump to another chart that has the details for that shape. You can also save RFFlow charts as HTML and have links to other Web pages.Other ChartsTo see samples of other charts and other kinds of flowcharts that can be drawn with RFFlow, see our Samples Web page.

Once RFFlow is installed, run RFFlow and click on the More Shapes The More Shapes Button button.

Click the Start button, point to All Programs, and then click RFFlow Icon RFFlow.Draw a ShapeDrag a shape from a stencil into your chart or click on a shape in a stencil. In the Edit Text dialog box that appears, type your text into the shape and click OK.Access More ShapesClick the More Shapes button The More Shapes Button to display the Stencils and Shapes dialog box. Then click on the name of a stencil in the list to view its contents. Click the Add Stencil button to add the entire stencil. To add only one shape, drag the shape from the Stencils and Shapes dialog box to the stencil in the RFFlow window. You can find lines with a variety of arrows in the Lines stencil.

Center the ChartTo automatically center the chart on the page, click the Center button. The Center ButtonScroll and ZoomTo view a portion of your chart that is off the screen, drag with the right mouse button. You can also scroll the screen with the arrow keys or with the scroll bars. To change the zoom, click the Zoom Out The Zoom Out Button or Zoom In The Zoom In Button buttons.Change Shape PropertiesTo view or change the properties of an object or group of selected objects, right-click on the object and click Properties in the pop-up menu. In the Shape Properties dialog box that appears, click on the appropriate tab and make your changes.
