功能
多重SNP检测和高通量基因型
使用PrimerPlex，您可以设计SNP在旁侧的多重PCR引物、SNP在3’末端的ASPE引物以及SNPs在中心的捕获探针。PrimerPlex使您能够通过它们中每一个设计oligo，来检测一个中等大小的基因组序列的所有突变。检查这些引物和探针以进行复用，并显示佳可能的。
多重PCR引物设计
设计用于多重分析的引物集可能是一项具有挑战性的任务。PrimerPlex使用创新的和专有的算法来设计优的多重引物集，大限度地减少Tm失配所有的进行交叉反应分析，以确保特定和有效的扩增。您可以从一系列交替呈现的各种排序顺序中选择适合您的实验需求的。使用PrimerPlex，您可以灵活地设计引物，无论是朝向3'端，还是5'端，在这些端点的距离或序列内的任何地方。

全面的分析支持
使用PrimerPlex为多重PCR、ASPE和直接杂交分析设计oligos。oligos被筛选为交叉反应性，以确保高信号强度，大限度地减少Tm失配。oligos筛选二聚体、运行和重复。
For SNP genotyping studies, PrimerPlex designs SNP flanking primers. The result includes a primer pair for each DNA template with product size, annealing temperature and other physio-chemical oligo properties. A graphical display of secondary structures is also available to help ascertain if they would impede the reaction.
The multiplex PCR assays are used for gene expression analysis (end point detection using gel electrophoresis), for high throughput SNP applications such as genotyping, for target enrichment required in Next Generation Sequencing, pathogen detection, strain typing, and haplotyping. PrimerPlex additionally designs optimal allele specific capture probes and Allele Specific Primer Extension (ASPE) primers for high throughput SNP genotyping assays.

Evaluate Pre-Designed Primers and Probes
PrimerPlex can use pre-designed well proven oligos to build a multiplex set. After specifying the oligos for each sequence, their properties are analyzed and the user is alerted for any deviations so found. For the sequences where pre-designed oligos are not available, PrimerPlex designs them, checks them for multiplexing and highlights compatibility issues if any. The user can then decide to accept the design or create a separate pool. This functionality gives complete control in the hands of the user.

添加MagPlex TAGs
该程序现在还支持一个MagPlex TAGs的数据库，以及MicroPlex xTAGs（以前称为FlexMAP TAGs），用于自动向每个ASPE引物添加适当的标签。标签是这样选择的，它们使二聚化小化，并且不折叠在它们所附着的oligo上。此外，用户可以覆盖程序的建议，并自己选择标签。如果标签不是的，或者选择的标签与oligo不兼容，PrimerPlex会向用户发出警报。

With PrimePlex, designing multiplex oligos for pre-sequencing sample preparation and mutation detection such as SNPs, DIPs (Deletion/Insertion Polymorphisms) and MNPs (Multiple Nucleotide Polymorphisms) is as easy as clicking a few buttons.
Primer Specificity
The program BLAST searches multiple sequences in a single search run. The results are automatically interpreted and the homologies identified are avoided during primer design, ensuring that the design is highly specific.
